Richard G. Clifford established CA (Clifford Associates) Financial in 1983.
In his capacity as a General Securities Principal, Richard Clifford serves as both the Branch Office Manager and as a Registered Investment Advisor Representative for Symetra Investment Services. He supervises Registered Securities Representatives in Idaho and Washington. His associates have been helping people achieve their financial goals since 1955.

For 26 years, Mr. Clifford served as a Legal Specialist for the 86th Judge Advocate General (JAG) Detachment. This was an International Law Team with the United States Army Reserve.
Prior to forming CA Financial in 1983, Mr. Clifford worked for twelve years in Personnel and Employee Benefits. In this capacity he served the State of Idaho as the Personnel Manager of the Department of Revenue and Taxation. He also served for six years on the Idaho State Job Compensation Committee – a position to which he was appointed by the Governor’s office. Mr. Clifford has served on many community boards and committees and has been the recipient of many military and civilian awards.
